Storagelux is a door-to-door storage service operated by Ntera S.à r.l., registered in Luxembourg. We collect, store, and deliver your belongings across the Luxembourg District. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Storagelux provides the following services to customers within the Luxembourg District:
A booking is made when you submit a pickup request through our website or by telephone. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Storagelux. We aim to confirm all bookings by the next working day. Standard pickups are scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays. Pickups on other days may be available on request and are reviewed case by case, but cannot be guaranteed. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Luxembourg time.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion, for example where a requested address falls outside our service area.
All prices are stated in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable Luxembourg VAT. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing customers.
Storage fees are billed monthly for box storage plans, or as a one-time seasonal fee for seasonal plans. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.
Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a late payment fee. Storagelux reserves the right to withhold delivery of stored items until outstanding balances are settled in full.
You or an authorised adult must be present at the collection address at the agreed time. A 30-minute arrival window applies. If our team cannot gain access on arrival, the visit may be recorded as a missed pickup and a rescheduling fee may apply.
Standard delivery takes place within 48 hours of a confirmed request, subject to scheduling availability. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window.
The following items must not be stored with Storagelux under any circumstances:
Storagelux reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of prohibited items. You remain liable for any costs or damage resulting from prohibited items in storage.
Our standard liability is limited to €100 per box or item in the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence. We are not liable for damage due to inadequate customer packing, undeclared fragile items, prohibited items, or force majeure events. See our Insurance page for full details.
You may cancel your storage arrangement at any time by giving 7 days' written notice to info@ntera.lu. Upon termination, your items will be delivered within 5 business days. See our Refund Policy for cancellation refund terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
